How do u get a moa egg to hatch?

Or collect an assortment of seemingly random items and go to some strange locations. It's all described here.

get a nesting material exchange for skree wings[5]
get a herring for 5 bog skale fin
harden it in mourning vel fall
get junni berries from a marga coast quest
get honeycomb
and then go to the SF with the final assoult quest , then let the lava pour on you and the items in the incubators will becmoe am ini moa
